Great For Filing!

One area of organizing that's always time consuming and overwhelming for our clients is papers! It's difficult to keep up with papers because they just don't stop flowing in. A lot of our clients have jobs where they have lots of projects beginning, ongoing and wrapping up so their files are constantly changing. This also happens with the moms we work with, soccer is scratched out, tennis is added. You get the idea.
At the 2011 NAPO Conference, we met a great team from The Pencil Grip, Inc. www.thepencilgrip.com and they introduced us to a fantastic filing tool. We've used this on a few clients so far and the response has been so amazing, we wanted to share it with you. It's the Filertek Filing System.
Ok, the Filertek Filing System- what is it??? Ready? Drum roll, please...Dry erase hanging file tabs!!!!
You simply write on the tab, click it closed, and clip it on to any hanging and suspension files.
Not kidding you, if you deal with files on a regular basis, this will make your life so much easier!! How? Check this out:
They work great with the Brother P-Touch or Dymo labels if you don't want to write on them. They are also great for pre-sorting those papers until you get your system just right - no more losing the sticky notes and starting over...They literally take half the time of regular file labels - just wipe, flip, click! And, everyone knows that 21times believes organizing doesn't have to cost a lot of money- so we love that they are reusable! Reusable and they stay neat, because if you can't read the label, you can't find what you're looking for...Give them a try- we think you'll love them as much as we do!
Filertek sent us some samples for a giveaway, check us out at www.facebook.com/twentyonex to see how you can win!
